This has been my second time at this clinic, I felt very cared and valued each time I went to receive treatment. I definitely recommend this facility for those whom may not be able to get in to their family doctors for weeks as holidays continue. The staff are very helpful and take the time to listen and explain what is going on. As the clinic location is easy to find.

Oh everybody there was friendly and very concerned and I would much rather go there then to the emergency room. This is a previous post and at that time I was very satisfied with the care. But this time the doctor didn't even touch me got no closer than 3 ft. He took my word for it that I've had a tetanus shot and luckily for him I still have one more year on my tetanus shot. He didn't look at my former records nor did he swab the area to do a bacterial identification to see what kind of antibiotics you should actually be giving me. And because of that my leg is still infected and I went to my regular doctor and they swapped it and I have to have a different kind of antibiotic. I don't know what this doctor's problem was but as long as he's there I won't Go back. And I would suggest other people don't go there if he treats them the same way that he treated me. Oh and when you call a patient a liar make sure their door isn't open where they can hear you. The young nurse however and the receptionist were very nice and very concerned. The doctor on the other hand not so much. The woman doctor that there was there before she was a much better doctor.

Front office staff greeted me upon entering & gave me paperwork to fill out. She said wait was 1 1/2 hours; however, I was taken to an exam room earlier than expected. Nurse was efficient. Dr. Jessica Anaya was easy to speak to, compassionate, helpful & thorough in her exam. This made the visit well worth it & I would highly recommend this facility!

VitalPoint Urgent Care has been absolutely amazing to my family these past two weeks. I have had to take different kiddos and myself at different times (5 times total). Whew is that a lot. Each time we were met with staff that was kind, proficient, and helpful. Angie, NP is fabulous as well as Israel (not sure his title). There is one more gal that was outstanding as well (short dark hair, blue eyes). I actually had an emergency and they had to call the paramedics and transport me to the local hospital. This staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, comfortable as can be, and that my medical needs were met until the paramedics could rush me to the hospital (I was having seizures). They are knowledgeable, professional, and informed. They also followed up very well, from letting me know results of tests my kiddos took to following up on me to check on my status and make sure ai was okay. Thank you all for being so kind and professional and taking care of my family these past two weeks! Also, I love the coffee machine in the lobby. It helps a lot!

I've come here twice now and both experiences were wonderful. I didn't catch his name but there's an older male doctor who is great. He's very straight forward, but I've never felt he was rude in any way. He was kind enough to give me a second opinion on an injury that I felt was misdiagnosed. He was patient and kind. Probably the best urgent care in town. Also it took maybe 20 minutes for the entire process each time.
