I've been to quite a few health departments, but this one in particular is different than the other ones that I have been to. I feel very comfortable there, the office workers Barbara and Mariana, are so nice, I don't know the other lady's name but she's nice too. Miss Isa is great, and so are all the health providers, the lab worker Cassie made me feel at ease and was gentle with me. She's very good at her job. I'm so glad I found this place. I told her I was terrified of needles so she distracted me with a peppermint and small talk. Thank you.

The adult medicine provider at this clinic is amazing. She's the best I've ever encountered ever in my life and travels. She went out of her way to check on me when I had a procedure done at the hospital. She really cares about her patients. The lab staff are pretty awesome and really know what they are doing. The front office staff are really good and work with you for scheduling appointments. Overall, very pleased with this little clinic.

Ms. Norwood is very dismissive, not very helpful, and isnu2019t considerate. I went to Coastal family health as a referral and I was supposed to be referred to a psychiatrist. Instead I got a Nurse Practitioner who didnu2019t know much about mental health and wasnu2019t helpful at all. I was treated like I was an inconvenience to her and I wonu2019t be back. I donu2019t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for mental health services.

Worst health care provider I have ever went to. I went in for a checkup and arrived at the appropriate time. I waited there for 45 minutes just to have my appointment given away because the front desk worker didn't sign me in (completely her fault). I was given no apology and was told I would have to wait for an extra hour and a half to see if another appointment would open up. They are rude and do not care about your mental health at all. If it wasn't for my financial situation, I would have gone somewhere else a very long time ago.
