I highly reccommend Dr. Gupta for pediatric services.nI find the negative reviews of this practice disturbing.nWe have seen this physician for approximately 11 years now. My three children, one of whom is now in college and came under his care at age 8, have always received excellent care. To clear up any question, we are not of the same ethnic background, and have never been treated in a condescending or otherwise manner as one review suggested. Staff are always courteous and accommodating. We moved approximately 30 miles from Leesburg a few years back and still return to Dr. Gupta's practice. The staff is even considerate of that factor when helping to schedule appointments, even refusing our offer to compensate them for our tardiness or needing to reschedule because of the distance.

This office was terrible. I ended up switching to a different office about a year ago. The dr refused to answer any of my questions I had to ask. I was told I needed to schedule another appointment for my questions to be answered due to them receiving less money from insurance if they do a check up and answer questions in the same appointment. I made a separate appointment just for questions and they still refused to answer the questions or address anything I said. The last time I took my child here, I left the office crying because of how badly the staff treated us. I believe the owners are a middle eastern/Indian husband and wife. From my experience, if you arenu2019t the same race you donu2019t get treated as top priority or like your child is important. Once they told not only me but my mom they wonu2019t answer questions because of billing it was over. I took my daughter there for allergy issues too and they never helped. Really donu2019t waste your time here. Find somewhere else before your time is wasted and your frustrated. (saw your response and I never once missed or was late for an appointment. OFCOURSE after being treated so terribly I would be frustrated and raise my voice. Thank you but no thank you for your ridiculous response).
