Came to this location with a lingering cough and chest wheezing. The staff and providers were attentive, listened to my concerns, and treated me right away. I received a nebulizer, X-rays, and prescriptions that brought relief quickly. I left feeling better and well taken care of. There is an online portal you can use to enter all of the information they need before your appointment which I think made my experience more seamless. Highly recommend:)

I absolutely could not believe the service I received today. Had previously gone in last week for an infection. Prescribed antibiotics. Was contacted one day before finishing the completed prescription. When asked how I was doing, I stated there was still lingering pain. Was told to finish the complete dose, and then call back if I was still experiencing problems. I was told another prescription of antibiotics could be given. So, I called. I was told I would have to go back in, not as a follow up, but a new evaluation, and a new copay. I was also informed that if I planned on going in, to be advised, they were closing early, at 5:00 p.m. I informed the receptionist that I was told a prescription could just be called in. She then looked up my history. She repeated the notes that the nurse who has called transcribed. The notes read, the patient stated she was fine. I can't believe a medical professional misrepresented what I had stated. I never said I was fine. I then asked to speak to a doctor. I was told he was with a patient and he would have to call me back. I waited for a return call for over an hour. I then called back again. Same rude person responded stating that the doctor is still busy. She informed me that my name was put on a provider list and I would be contacted as soon as the doctor was available. It's after 5:00 p.m. I was never contacted. I guess I really shouldn't be surprised. My experience with St. David's hospital was also overwhelmingly frustrating. I had been lied to about test results, kept over night, and then after waiting almost 30 days of worry to see a specialist, was told that the results of the CT performed in the emergency were negative. What was more frustrating, when I received the bill statement, I explained I would not be paying for anything passed the emergency room visit. Not because I couldn't afford it, but because I never should have been made to stay overnight. They then stated they had programs that would pay for the bill... Absolutely not, I did not want any program paying for something that never should have happened!I will not be returning to any St. David's health care facility.

I went in yesterday with an appointment and was seen incredibly quickly. The staff and Dr. were amazing and friendly and the Dr helped diagnose the illness I had been feeling for weeks. Everything was quick and at a reasonable time and the Dr was incredibly helpful. I left feeling helped for the first time in a long time and would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone seeking quick medical help.

The South Congress team is awesome, I was checked in quick. Desirae was very nice and took my info and got my vitals and was very personable. Evans (PA) was also awesome and listened to my symptoms and talked to me about options. While I don't like to go in because I don't want to feel sick, it's always a great experience when this is the staff that will help you get back on track. Thanks again to everyone.

I went here for a sprained ankle. The facility was clean, the registration was seamless with kiosk availability, and short wait time. The staff were super friendly and professional. The results from the x-rays were speedy. I would definitely return.
