Dr. Mohammad A. ChaudhrynnI am not going to identify myself because I do not want to be treated badly too.nA few minutes ago I was in this clinic as a patient and today I understood the reason why the female doctors and the staff who work there are leaving.nThe doctor, with macho arrogance, humiliated one of his employees and then continued with another. It is not fair that in these times when we want equality for women we are treated this way.nI felt helpless and I am leaving this clinic with a bad taste in my mouth. Women have an important role in society and it is because of treatment like this that the pyramidal machismo is maintained.nIt makes me sad because I have been a patient for several years and I never imagined that the doctor had this type of treatment with his staff and even more so with the women who work for him.

Terrible. One of those places where when you ask simply u201cHow much longer would I have to waitu201d they answer u201cYou donu2019t have an appointmentu201d. Iu2019ve worked in all type of industry, thatu2019s bottom barrel service. The answer simply has nothing to do with my question. Obviously Iu2019ll have to wait since Iu2019m a walk in, I knew that well before I walked in. Then Iu2019m told to wait for the lady who calls your name by the door, and she simply said u201cYouu2019re a walk in sou2026u201d. I did not ask about my appointment status. I asked how long, in the most polite manner if I may add. What theyu2019re doing is called being rude. And you can tell this type of attitude is rewarded and celebrated in the office. Zero doubt in my mind the only people who go here are old people who live very close, or emergency purposes. Even though I doubt the later ever has any success. Just stay away. This isnu2019t a place with a fruitful or helpful culture. Just rude people being malignant. If you can travel or arrange to, you donu2019t need the negativity these people spew out. I went to an urgent care down the street and as I finish typing this my name is being called out. I asked how long, I was told an estimated time and my name is being called around that time. Not my Appointment status. These people are rude, negative and incompetent. Put money in the pocket of doctors who care and hire staff that radiates positivity.nnRead a bunch of other reviews, Iu2019m doubling down on my statement that they reward that kind of culture. Never again. Look up the doctors name, Mohammad A. Chaudhry, and look at his reviews on Google. He definitely applauds this type of activity. Donu2019t give this guy your insurances money, thereu2019s far more kind and qualified, just as close. And for those who donu2019t have another option, I am truly deeply and sincerely sorry for you.

Very happy with my new providers and Dr Chaudhry, making Appt is super easy and fast, the front staff and Medical Assistants are amazing when it comes to Patients care and very professional, when I need medication they always answer the phone and send it right away, if Dr. Chaudhry is out of the office and I have a question he always answer, the PA and NP very professional and always there for you when you have question, I feel like family!nThanks

Love Dr. Chaudry!! But either they need more people to work on customer service calls or make the nurses answer the phones. I just got off the phone after calling 4 TIMES and being on hold for over 20 minutes the last time!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and held on 32 minutes the first 3 calls.

The love and passion they put into putting patients on hold is insane. 35 mins on hold just to make an appointment is crazy. They need better people answering phones and better customer service. Every single time I call I need to wait 15-35 mins on hold. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is the only reason I would change doctors.
