I called to see about making an appointment as they were recommended by my PCP the girl I talked to put me through to billing to find out if you take my insurance. Was on hold for quite awhile then asked if I would like to leave a call back number. I did no one called back later in the afternoon and still didn't get to talk to anyone the phone kept hanging like they didn't want to talk to me so I will look elsewhere for a gynecologist after being told how good you guys are.

Dr. was very nice but nothing else has been good. Billed me saying insurance didnu2019t pay, turned out they never turned it in to insurance! Found this out after I paid after I made about 20 phone calls to this place to try to get it straightened out. It has been 4 months and I canu2019t get my money back from them after I finally got them to submit it to my insurance correctly . So, now they have taken payment from me and my insurance! Without going into too much detail- the lab test they did was coded wrong so insurance will not pay for that and I canu2019t get them to fix this so I ate the cost of the lab and the test they did ( did not get enough cells) so it was for nothing. They told me I would have to pay for that out of pocket again ( I donu2019t trust them to code it correctly this time) and I would have to pay for office visit again or they will deduct it from my credit there. I want my money back because I DO NOT want credit at the gynecologist office! Complete debacle!!nStill trying to get my money back! It makes me laugh that the manager said just give them a call because I have called so many times that I have lost track now and no one will call me back to tell me anything about the money that is owed to me! If they truly wanted to resolve this or fix it they can call me back but they will not !ncalled again 3/24 told Leann (supervisor) would call me back - no call back againn3/27 no call yetn3/31 no call from Leann all week. Someone was sending her an email again this morningn4/7 talked with Marybell who said she spoke with Leann the manager and Leann who said the check would be mailed to me on 4/10n4/17 called and spoke with Iris who told me the check was not mailed out and is supposed to call me backnPLEASE QUIT RESPONDING BY TELLING ME TO CALL- I CALL EVERY WEEK WITH NO RESOLUTION. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK- YOU SURE HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING IT!!n4/24 no check yet, I will try to file a claim with BBB before my next calln5/25 talked with Krista today. The new story is there is a hold on the check for pending charges. When I ask what the charge is for they told me it was from the appointment back in November, which has been paid for by me and the insurance company once again there is no one that I can talk to. I have filed a claim with a Better Business Bureau at this point, but will continue to call every week.

Dr. Rubenacker is amazing at what she does! She listens to all of your concerns and helps in anyway she can. She has such a calming personality and goes above & beyond for her patients! I wouldnu2019t have my precious baby boy had I not found her. All of the other providers I have seen at this location are amazing & kind as well as their nurses (:

The bathroom is worse than one at a gas station -- there is urine and toilet paper all over the floor and toilet seat, so you have to hover. The wait time is usually 45 minutes to one hour. You cannot call them directly and it's really frustrating getting someone on the phone.nnGood Sam hospital is a DREADFUL place to have your baby, and I don't think the OBs deliver anywhere else.

Had my daughters 1st gyn visit with Dr. Taiwo and loved everything about the office. The wait was quick, staff was all pleasant and Dr. Taiwo was incredibly patient, attentive and impeccable bedside manner. It was worth the drive, thank you all for a superb experience!!!
