We visited this location for a regular visit. This is a huge complex with multiple parking lots, so inquire where your clinic is located. The check-in process was smooth, the doctors are knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Stern is a fantastic doctor. She took the time to listen to all of my concernsu2014there were manyu2014and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She made sure to explain every option thoroughly, and even before we knew what type of cancer our son had, she was always honest while remaining deeply empathetic. Her compassion and transparency meant the world to us during such a difficult time.

This is one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. My son had an X-ray and was sent to the ER at 6pm for a cast on his thumb. The registration process took far too long, and we waited an additional six hours. Meanwhile, I noticed three people simply sitting and chatting while benefiting from free money, and two security personnel were more focused on sports than on attending to the 25 people in the waiting room. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. The healthcare system here needs significant improvement. Right now is 11:24pm
