The front desk was quick and helpful. This is a nice facility. Unfortunately they will not take health sharing as payment. It was a short wait to get to the exam room then nearly an hour before the doctor came in. That is frustrating.

I donu2019t recommend this hospital. Back in February I was helping my grandpa with cattle and I was feeling really sick and winded, I was vomiting with no fever with a heart rate of 200-230 and they said it was just stress because itu2019s common for a teenager. My parent recommended an ekg and the nurse was really rude about it so she slapped the stickers on me and the ekg showed enlarged left ventricle and they told us to stay in vernal until Monday and get with youu2019re primary doctor mind you this was a Saturday February 23 so we went to the ER and they would accept me because I had no chest pain so the next day we went to primary childrenu2019s hospital and they didnu2019t waste anytime the hauled me back to the icu and I was diagnosed with dilated cardio myopathy and the heart was badly scared and the only hope was a heart transplant. I had gotten the new heart in April and now 3 months later Iu2019m doing super well. It just makes me sick that they said stress was causing it but it turns out what caused it was beckers muscular dystrophy. A mutation that affects the muscles and mainly the cardiac muscle. Primary childrenu2019s cardiologists said if I would have stayed in vernal until Monday I wouldnu2019t have made it. They were so thankful that my family rushed me to primaries. I recommend primary childrenu2019s they are the smartest and most intelligent people Iu2019ve ever seen. I donu2019t care if you hate this review Iu2019m just speaking a piece of my mind Iu2019m never going to urgent care again and I recommend yu2019all to do the same.

My wife went in and was seen shortly after arriving. She was diagnosed and left after being told she could pickup a script for her illness. It took awhile but she was able to pickup her medicine and is feeling better. Thank you Basin Clinic Urgent Care. You guys rock !

This is usually my go to clinic, however my visit today I felt super rushed. They didn't tell me my child had an ear infection, only that his ear looked a little red. The nurse came in to give him a shot and when I questioned why they had to go ask what it was for, and only then the doctor came in and said oh, he has an ear infection. They were super scattered and rushing around. I understand it's sick season, but having a little care with your patients goes a long way.

Do not take a child under 3 to this urgent care! I took my infant here because the pediatrician was closed and they barely listened to her lungs said they sounded good then told us she had a cold we ended up having to take her to the er the same night and she was diagnosed with bronchitis the doctors at this urgent care honestly suck and don't know what they're doing when it comes to young children
