I am writing this review because of the group effort provided by the amazing staff. The crew here is excellent! They went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. The owners reached out numerous times on my behalf to ensure that my insurance was properly covered when an uncommon payment error occurred. When I contacted them regarding my inquiry, they were extremely patient, reviewed my claim and follow up with me until the problem was resolved. Wonderful people, the effort they put into this to help me was top notch. They truly are gems, rare finds. The nurse who assisted me during my visit was beyond sweet as well. I grateful for the time put in to ensure my peace of mind. If you are on the fence about trying this place, please donu2019t be. I can assure you it will be a positive experience with this crew, hearts of gold!

I had such an awesome experience with a clean start Urgent Care clinic, Not only was the clinic super clean and welcoming, the entire staff was friendly and efficient from the first moment that I walked in. I was immediately greeted warmly by the receptionist, and given paper work to complete. I was assigned a provider quickly and was escorted to the back to be triaged, I was assessed in a timely fashion and all of my questions were answered by providers, The bedside manner was literally top tier, I was released with a copy of care instructions and the materials to take care of my injury after, I never felt rushed or anxious. I will certainly be returning for my urgent care needs, if you're looking for a place that is efficient, thorough and professional come to Clean Start :)

I came across this practice on tick tock and after watching a delightful video by Mrs. Annika Stokes letting tick tockers know the type of care and services that's offered I was convinced and made my appointment. I had the pleasure of being seen by NP Candice Anglin who was amazing. If you're looking, I highly recommend them if you want exceptional service and a clean start.

Today was my very first appointment at A Clean Start and it was by far THE BEST doctor's appointment I have ever had! For nearly a year I had been in search of a practice with African American physician(s) and staff. It was divine intervention when I turned on the news and there they were talking about the practice! I called immediately after saving the information in my phone. Someone answered right away, was pleasant and eager to accept and answer my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome (a bright smile and beautiful face). The nurse was professional and extremely courteous. He was efficient with every task - I must commend him on drawing my blood the right way the first time (something rarely done in past experiences). When I met Tiffany, the nurse practitioner, I nearly fell out of my chair! She was simply wonderful! She was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and although she read the details I provided in the new patient paperwork, she said, I appreciate the time you took to write down your information in detail, I want to talk to you. That moment was a sign of relief, as it was the opposite of what I have experienced from previous providers. Tiffany was funny and witty, but she really knew her stuff! She was genuinely interested in hearing all that I had to share concerning my health and I loved that she wanted me to have an X-ray done, so she wrote Stat on the prescription...What?! I went for the X-ray right away because the previous practitioner I saw for the same issue did not bother to order an X-ray but Tiffany did! That is what I needed: someone who cares about my health just as much as I care. If you are in search of African Americans providing your healthcare, this is the place for you. They are conveniently located in Pikesville (off Old Court Road next to the 7-Eleven). Call and schedule an appointment TODAY - You will not be disappointed.
