Iu2019ve been to this location twice and both times I was seen by the same physician and she was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond in making sure that I was comfortable and treated before I left the office and what more could anyone ask for? She is remarkable and should be acknowledged for her hard work and generosity. There isnu2019t many like her left. The rest of the staff was okay. They all seemed to move efficiently and do their job. The receptionist was great and so was the lab tech. Office was clean.

This lady was not friendly and just very rude. Instead of being understanding of her clients nervousness she was rude and being smart and shrugged her shoulders at her client wanting to consult their mom first before making any decisions. Honestly this woman should be better trained on working with people because her service was horrible. Her name is Christina, if you come here do not request her please.

Dr.Jose and staff are very friendly. He actually cared for my son and I on different occasions. He cared about my symptoms and is doing everything possible. I rather wait here an extra hour or so when they fall behind than be in any local hospital waiting 20 plus hours for horrible service, gross waiting areas, and fights breaking out. It is very clean here. They have X-rays available. They are great with small children. This has been my only urgent care I go to for over 7 years.

Very professional and clean, with pleasant medical assistants. PA Sarah Defelice was amazing. She took the time to hear me out and knew exactly what I was experiencing and knew what area to examine right away. Went in as a walk in but was seen fairly quickly, no long waiting. Would recommend to anyone

The place was wonderful. The people were great. They were efficient. I was just concerned because I didnu2019t get a diagnosis as to what was going on with me. They just told me what it wasnu2019t. I needed to know what it is and the only other concern I have is the fact that they did not send me electronic prescription to a pharmacy. I had to physically carry a piece of paper to the pharmacy and then wait two hours to get it filled. Other than that it was a wonderful place to be and Iu2019m glad I went there.
