Sorry this is late but itu2019s been crazy for the holidays.. we didnu2019t know what to do.. we went in for Various issues but the staff was patient even when I was mad at the world. My kid was crying and the lady came put us in a patient room and started her job but wow my kid was not happy at all but she did it she made him smile and stop crying but it was great because she had not lost the value of respect. When he smiled she asked permission before giving him a small toy to bring home u2014 it was not much but it was the thought.. what respect to this lady.. We did a telemed - I loved it u2026 it was just as if we where in office the nurse went above and beyond to make sure my son was not freaking out.. we started talking about other services they provide and wow how much information she gave me.. I will be back.. she said they changed a lot and wow if this is change itu2019s awesome.. I love how they have history of the location up to.. I love that even though I went in right before they closed she accepted me in we left late but she was as pleasant as if it was no big deal to her.. sorry to her family for keeping her late

They went above and beyond! My little had seen 5 Drs and everyone said she was fine, but she wasn't. They took the time to do a full check, ran some easy tests and found the problem! Then for a follow up on a chilly rainy day they walked out to my car so I didn't have to get 2 kids out of car seats. I won't take my 3 anyplace else.

We used to go to this place all the time and really liked it. But It has completely went downhill fast. Every time I go there, thereu2019s never a doctor to see me or my kids. Iu2019ve been there four times in the past two months and have yet to see a doctor be there. I just keep being told to go to the urgent care down the road. The place is dirty. We used to walk in there and the place was spotless and smelled so good all the time. And to be honest the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. Customer service goes a long ways. And boy does she need to learn a thing or two on that.

I called this urgent care to verify that I would be able to get the treatment Iu2019d need and even though they werenu2019t able to help in my specific situation, Isabel went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even found a place near by that could help. She stayed late and made multiple calls in order to get records I needed to be able to be seen elsewhere. She was SO kind and caring. I STRONGLY recommend this urgent careu2764ufe0f

My daughteru2019s school called me today telling me that she was running 102 degree fever and I had no clue what to do but to bring her to Bayou because her normal doctor was unavailable. As soon as we walked in the hound man that greeted us at the desk was VERY sweet and informative as to getting her back as soon as possible and made her very comfortable when taking her vitals. When the nurse came in to check on our baby she had to take several pictures of her throat and ears and was SO gentle and AMAZING with our girl. She ran tests that needed to be ran and answered any and all questions we had as well as giving us advice to help with her illness. For some reason the Doc was unable to reach my number and they went above and beyond to make sure they got in touch with me to get her meds going as soon as possible. She informed me to bring her back if things didnu2019t start looking up. I really wish it was a normal doctors office because we would most definitely be switching. Thank yu2019all so much for helping us with our girl.
