Save yourself the frustration and go to Carbon Health in Woodland Hills instead! Itu2019s fast, organized, a genuinely pleasant experience, and their platform actually works.nnThree days ago, I went to Exer with only one other person in the waiting room. Despite that, I waited 45 minutes just to get into a room and once I was finally roomed, I continued to wait and wait. After an hour and a half of being there I left sick as a dog with no meds. The nurse assistant was very nice, but their entire process is unbelievably slow and poorly managed. Iu2019ve honestly never seen anything like it.nnOn top of that, I didnu2019t like the bedside manner of the PA either. I felt like she was being dismissive, and definitely didnu2019t make me feel taken care of. To make things worse, no one ever called me with my results. I had to call myself two days later and, ask for a PIN to access them u2014 and even that didnu2019t work.nnToday, I ended up having to go back to Carbon Health, where I quickly got a proper diagnosis and prescriptions for both pink eye (which I caught at Exer!) and bronchitis, which had gotten much worse over the two days after my visit to Exer.nnIn contrast, Iu2019ve always had excellent experiences at Carbon Health. Their system is automatic and easy to use, whether for appointments or walk-ins, labs, and Iu2019ve never waited more than 15 minutes. They are efficient, professional, and so pleasant to work with. Iu2019ve even taken my kids there multiple times over the years and had the same great experience every time. I donu2019t even bother with the Tarzana pediatric urgent care because of the wait.nnIu2019m absolutely blown away by how bad Exer was. I only ended up there because Carbon Health closes at 6 PM. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never again.

I knew something was wrong it isnu2019t your typical virus I am in pain . The staff here were kind and professional. The doctor was calm and professional and didnu2019t look like he just rolled out of bed they were able to have test results back unlike the other place I went to in woodland hills, that made it seem like I would have answers the next day but they told me thursday they would have updated tests results so instead I follow my gut and go to this provider the copay wasnu2019t bad either I wish I could get a full refund from the other urgent care I visited. I would come back here again and have full trust in their services.

Today, on May 27th, 2025 first time I visited this place and encountered Jennifer Campus. Awful service, very bad attitude, rude and bold, no manners at all. How can she work at the front desk! I had palpitations after she talked to me. I am a Healthcare provider, she will be once a patient(you are not always young), may be she will learn.

HIGHLY Recommended - entire staff is highly responsive, super friendly, accommodating of late-arrivals (near closing time), eager to help out patients, and empathetic to your conditions. Jennifer, in particular, was not only willing to allow me to be treated close to closing time but also proactively provided encouraging details of her own tonsillectomy in the context of my frequent strep throat infections - which ultimately led me to getting a tonsillectomy and I have not gotten a single strep throat infection since then! So, reinforcing, that Jennifer, as well as this practice, being critical in not only addressing immediate medical concerns but proactively providing long-term solutions for preventive care!

I give one star because I had to. Otherwise it would be zero. ***Do not go to these people!!! They will send you a bill one year after your visit for something they just made up. Then you have to be on the phone for an hour to argue with them. They tried to bill my sister one year later for my visit. Total scammers. Stay away
