Office manager Sheryl, Medical assistant Merlen, Yasmin,& Wendy are absolutely amazing upon my first visit. I met PA Mr. witty who is extremely kind helpful and compassionate Dr. Armando Steven Franco is my new PCP and Iu2019m so grateful to have this team . The office manager Sheryl Is very helpful and empathetic towards all of the patients while I was waiting for my appointment to check in I saw her be extremely kind not only To myself, but other patients and her staff, you can tell she has a big heart I am happy to be getting treatment at this office and finally receiving the help I need. I know Iu2019m in a good place now and Iu2019m very grateful. God has blessed me to be placed here thank you again Heacock medical clinic staff for your kindness and compassion towards your patients, I feel like I matter as a patient here and that makes all the difference in the world. Rude, I just called to ask if they do physical exams and some questions before I go to a clinic, they said to call back because the person that knows was in lunch, but how hard is it to be nice? She was rude like she doesnu2019t like her job. And of course Iu2019m not calling back. Iu2019ll look for a different place.
