My son recently had an appointment, and the level of care, patience, and professionalism they showed was truly outstanding.nTaking a three-year-old urgent care can be challenging, but Nicolas Chiang, PA made the entire experience surprisingly easy! His patience, warmth, and gentle approach helped put my child at ease right awaynAt the end of the visit my son asked the physician for lollipop and stickers and he walked him over to the grab stickers and a lollipop. Service was quick this time, but staff always wants to rush assessments. Get u in get u out. I understand they have lots of patient's but without a quality diagnosis, their only doing more harm than good. Just slow down a bit, give people the time they deserve.
