Visiting the UPS Store was a bit underwhelming. Unlike FedEx, the atmosphere here felt quite dead and lifeless. The store was clean and well-stocked, but it seemed like something was missing. The staff, unfortunately, were not very friendly, which added to the lackluster experience.nnOn a positive note, I was able to make some copies without any issues, so it served its purpose. Overall, it was an okay experience, but thereu2019s definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and ambiance.

The store is open at a reasonable time, the wait isnu2019t too long during their peak hours, and the staff is just right. They donu2019t small talk and hold up the line, but theyu2019re efficient at their jobs which makes everything go by smoothly. They show me my tracking number highlighted and then a thank you.nThatu2019s why you get a 5* review.

The crew here is on another level. Happy faces helpful staff, fast service. If you see a line, don't be discouraged because it moves fast. If you have your shipment ready with a label, you can skip the line and use the kiosk and scan, then drop shipment in the secure bin. Only if you don't need a receipt. They also have many services here. Look them up if you need business cards, banners, or anything advertisement related. Great job to the staff! Thank you, guys!

We visited the UPS store during the holiday season. It was clean and organized. Most of all, Abby, who helped us with many packages, was very patient in spite of a line of people. She helped my friend who was very confused on the process to print labels, repackage an item and answer questions. She was courteous, helpful and friendly during the entire transaction even though it took some time. This is the service we expect as a patron and she went above and beyond to ease my friend's anxiety. Thank you Abby!! Happy New Year!

The representatives are always very helpful and kind, the stars are for them. During the holiday season I dropped off 3 packages in the shipping area, there was a very long line so I didnu2019t want to wait for them to scan and provide a receipt. I suggest never doing this, always wait and get a receipt! 1 of 3 packages was delivered and 2 were never scanned. I dropped these off a week before Christmas and itu2019s been a headache trying to get UPS to open an investigation, my nieces and nephews were expecting their Christmas gifts and they were either lost or stolen. Very disappointing! Always wait in line and get a receipt, dropping in that corner was the worst decision.
