The nursing staff that took care of my mother in the ER were absolutely wonderful. Harriet turned out to be my guardian angel in disguise. All the obnoxious Dr Gxxx wanted to do is fly my 98 year old mother to another facility & even another state. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to relay what I wanted. He didn't want to listen because his mind was made up that treating my mom was an inconvenience for him. It was the nursing staff that intervened, showed compassion, explained her condition, explained the drug options & all other options. We chose not to have her flown out of state. If it weren't for the ER doctor I would have given the ER experience 5 stars.nThank you so much ER nurses.ud83eude75 Keep up the good work.

Worst hospital ever! Broke my leg is 2 places. Never got pain management I needed because the system kept losing my info. After getting surgery a metal rod down my leg and screws put in at the knee and lower ankle. They thought that one 5mg hydrocodone would be sufficient for my pain and only a 2 day supply. I've never suffered in this much pain in my life . I havent got more than a couple hours sleep past three weeks. I came back because my quality of life is diminishing because of the pain and they would not help me. Your better off getting help at a pet hospital. Why go here to get treated like a dog

I went in in gastric pain. When 2 different nurses engaged me in conversation while checking my BP. A third nurse asked if they had drawn my blood yet and I replied over an hour ago. That's when I new I had made a mistake coming here.nThe radiologist and James were the only ones that seemed qualified in what they were doing and apologized what had happened. My attending nurse was sleeping in front of a computer screen and to top it off the attending doctor was sound asleep when i woke to ask about my results. after waiting over an hour.. i have pictures to prove this.. Excellent ER and hospital. I came to the ER with a high fever and was acutely ill. Physicians and nurses worked together to make a rapid, accurate diagnosis. Started treatment in a timely manner. Ordered all necessary tests and studies. Ordered no unnecessary tests or studies. All involved were cheerful and thoroughly professional. Inpatient care was also excellent. A+ for the doctors, nurses and other staff.

My son and I usually are satisfied when I bring my son in when he gets sick or hurt but not today. We are in and out of there! I took my son in to get his thumb checked out I checked him in, got his vitals right away and we were told to go back into the waiting room until called. Within 10 or less my son Christian got called and we were taken into a room waited about 10 minutes then a nurse came in and asked what happened and she did a couple of tests on his hand/thumb. From there the nurse said I don't it is fractured or broken and she prescribed him some pain medication do another nurse came and brought Christian the pain pill, from there she told us it will take about 45 minutes for the test results. We waited more then that and they weren't even busy all I heard was alot of talking/laughing! So I told my son if they aren't here in 5 minutes were leaving. Which we did!
