Iu2019d give 0 stars if I could.. urgent care in general is a joke but it never fails when my kids need to go itu2019s always a weekend and not necessarily an emergency to go to ER so we always end up here or at the one in Oneida.. my kids have been misdiagnosed this time makes 4xu2026 theyu2019re a joke and I do not recommend for children AT ALL and thereu2019s so many different Doctors in/out of here they really do not care.. my 2 yr old was very sick and lethargic they took his temp and listened to his heart looked at his ears on a Saturday and said he must just have a virus. Monday was a holiday, he continued to get worse so I took him to his pediatrician on Tuesday morning to find out heu2019s severely dehydrated to the point they send us to ER for fluids and has a bad ear infection and Strep/strip throat... They disregard complaints, so if youu2019re taking your babies here bewareu2026

I was bring my adult daughter (21) in as we were on vacation to see her elderly grandparents and on the 14 hour drive the night before she started to feel achy and very poorly. We arrived at the office at 8:50 and waited until they opened promptly at 9:00. The receptionist was quick and helpful and the slowest part was getting my phone to download the forms I was filling out for her.nWe got her into a room within 10 minutes and had a brief physical and Covid and Flu swabs done.nThe sweetest girl (lady) then came in and assessed my daughter further and told her that she had tested positive for Flu A. She discussed the remedy, how to take it, and that it would be a very good idea to stay away from the elderly grandparents. Her care and concern were genuinely comforting and I asked for her name, but I cannot remember it. Possibly 30- dark hair in a bun, and a beautiful wedding set. She had a pediatric jogging jacket on (from some peds clinic nearby?) and she was amazing and so comforting.nnWhile dealing with a very sick kid, this experience was amazing from beginning to end. We do not live here but visit often. The people in this area are very fortunate to have this facility and I hope that they realize this and treat the staff with kindness.

Worst urgent care in the area. Every time I go here I have issues. The doctor there was very rude to me a while back. Now today I go over an hour before closing and get turned away and had to go to Fast Pace in Lake City because no other urgent cares were open. I donu2019t recommend Jacksboro Urgent Care to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. And to add to this, they werenu2019t even busy. Only 2 cars in the parking lot. 2 people in the waiting room. Now tell me exactly why I couldnu2019t be seen???

Check in was relatively painless due to the friendly and knowledgeable lady at the desk. Although there were a number of people there, I was seen after a short wait. The provider was exceptionally friendly and put me at ease. She listened to me and responded to what I said. After examination, she diagnosed my condition and provided all the necessary medication and equipment for treatment. All I had to do was go to the drugstore and pick it up.
