My daughter was brought in on an ambulance from an automobile accident. Two staff members were helpful and nice...Brandy and Greg. Staff kept promising things and never followed threw. She would hit the pain button and it would sometimes take a very long time for someone to respond.

The entire same day surgery staff was absolutely phenomenal and took excellent care of my son. Everyone we encountered was friendly, personable, and professional. We were blessed to have had such a wonderful experience.

RATING IS A 0 - If you are elderly and need therapy this is not the place to go. My father broke his hip and needed physical therapy to be able to come home. They medicated him with anything and everything to keep him quiet and in bed as he was having awful reactions to the medications. He became combative (allergic reaction) and they only made things worse. For a few days, I came into his room and he had a robot watching him. I am convinced they saw an old man at the end of his road even though he was fighting for his life. I visited him everyday and I was horrified at his worsening condition and had nowhere to go besides checking him out and caring for him myself at home. Upon discharge, they didn't prescribe any of the medications he was on while in the hospital that sedated him! GO FIGURE! He recovered with love and patience. **I would post the video I took of him strapped to his bed pretty much convulsing from medications he was having a horrible reaction to but it is traumatic to watch.**

The hospital staff are apathetic and do not care about patient's rights, safety, dignity, health or otherwise. While at the ER accompanying a family member, I've witnessed medical staff break HIPAA numerous times. In the lobby, in a loud speaking voice, 2 male staff began to call to a person discussing sensitive information among a public space with zero regard for this humans right to privacy. We all were able to grasp plan of care and his discussion with a social worker, who showed up later and spoke to the man in the same manner. As the man asked for more information, the social worker looked away for an exit as she dismissed his concerns. A male nurse approached the man not even 2 minutes later trying to get him to leave as the man in a wheelchair told the nurse that he was waiting for his ride.Later in the evening, another person came in needing assistance. The boy at the front desk stood up and rolled his eyes when he heard the patient needed narcan before sitting back down.A woman who was sitting in the lobby for hours, calm, came out of the double doors after being checked in, trying to leave. The staff didn't try to deescalate or offer her AMA papers, instead they grabbed her like she was a criminal.Don't bother going here.I don't even know what hospital to recommend anymore. For all those struggling, we are suffering with you. You are not alone.

I had a good experience during my pregnancy and postpartum. Thanks to Dr. Manuel Merida and the nursing and care team at the 9W for taking care of me and my baby, during and after the C-section. Thanks to their care and attention despite the preeclampsia, I can say: we did it!! God bless you all. Thank you so much!
