Horrible service! Took my 76 year old mother in with severe cough, nasal congestion, and ear congestion. Was told that an antibiotic and steroid would be called into my pharmacy. Five hours later the prescriptions had not been called in. I called to remind them five times. Eventually the prescription for the antibiotic was called in, but the steroid was not. In my last phone call to them, they refused to call in the steroid. Do NOT recommend.

I've never had to wait almost 2 hours to get seen for a visit for one on my kids injuries, today was one of those days, Usually I'm in & out within an hour. I'll think twice before we come here again...

Great experience! Everyone was super sweet and helpful I love the decor and pretty rooms we were in and out in an hour or less. Made us feel like priority instead of just another patient. Also they currently 5/2022 take superior childrens medicaid! Will be back!

Today was my third to Dedicated. The first two times they sent me elsewhere. Once was straight to thenEmercency Room, the second time I had a broken wrist so they xrayed sent to Dedicated Orthopedic, then onto to surgery. I jokingly told them they just wanted to get rid of me but seriously both times were emergency situations and I am grateful for their quick actions. Today was simple, I had a reaction to a mosquito bite which caused quite a few hives and swelling. I got a shot, a prescription and now settled in at home with very little itching or burning and watching the hives gradually disappear. I love my Primary Care but I thank God you guys are here when he is unavailable. Thank you!

Avoid going here! $100 just for consult , WITH INSURANCE, another $59.99 for shots, didnu2019t help, did not get enough information, seems like they just want their money
