Very well again treated with respect. I consider the place a class in our community. It is my first time I was there. I love the staff, they all are extremely polite, and easy to discuss the reason for the urgent care visit. I have seen Connie a few times and she is absolutely wonderful!! Very attentive, down to earth and understanding. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She is empathetic and understanding. Relates very well to your specific needs.

This was my third time going to Stat MED Urgent Care. As always, they kept the wait time to an absolute minimum, and everyone I interacted with was compassionate, professional, and efficient. I haven't even seen my own primary care provider in the last year because anytime I need medical help, these folks have been there for me with no fuss.nnMy only -- ONLY -- complaint is that I am having a hard time accessing my medical record online; it seems that I can't access the file without a password, and with it being a holiday weekend, I can't seem to reach anyone to help me. This is most likely not their fault.nnI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS URGENT CARE. I come all the way from El Sobrante rather than going to anyone in the Richmond area.

Iu2019ve been here three times and, finally, I can pass their checking system for the first time. front desk to yell at me like u201c You CAN SIT AND FILL OUT THE FORM. I SEND TO YOU. Three times. Their tone of voice will change if you white or Spanish speaker suddenly, so nice, then the hard part is waiting at least 3 hours, minimum.
