As far as a walk-in type clinic. This place was amazing! Soon as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by a lady named Sarah, making it feel welcoming.nSecondly. I noticed how clean everything felt. Thirdly, all the other staff I interacted with were great, they were all knowledgeable and friendly. If I need to go again I'll be sure to be at this location.nPlus they have snacks :)

I recently had the opportunity to visit Indigo Urgent Care following a dog attack that absolutely required immediate medical attention. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care I received. They took me in right away and were incredibly attentive to my needs. The staff walked me through my options and supported my decisions - I declined a referral to the ER for additional pain management, because they assured me that they could handle my wounds on site u2014 what a relief to avoid a trip to the ER.nnEvery team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything to me, and answered each question. I appreciated their patience as I worked to gather my insurance information; they made everything seamless from the time we walked in to the time I was helped into my car.nnTo top it all off, they even provided me with crutches, which, while not strictly necessary, were incredibly helpful for getting around during my recovery. I hope to never need urgent care again, but if I do, I would absolutely return to see this wonderful team of medical professionals. Thank you, Indigo Urgent Care, for your exceptional service!

We scheduled our visit the night before and had a very short wait while my sons chart was created. We were offered beverages and snacks to choose from that appealed to us both. Within a couple minutes of his charts completion the nurse had called us back, got his vitals and a quick COVID and flu test before leaving to get the doctor who came in promptly after. She did a quick examination, suggested treatment, and answered all my questions in less than 30 minutes from our arrival. Even with such a quick visit I felt she was thorough and never felt rushed.The gal at the front also handled the sudden arrival of 3 additional patients calmly and with a smile. She greeted each arrival apologizing for the delay, as she finished my sons chart, directed all of them to the snack bar to help themselves and kindly offered the mom with her autistic child additional assistance though she was not able to accommodate an appointment earlier than their scheduled one. I highly recommend this office when needing urgent care.

The care I received was great,they got me in way faster than I thought they would. The only complaint is I could not even walk when I left, pain relief was non existent. The restrictions on me were ambiguous and open to employers and workman's comp interpretation. Overall,the staff were great, the politics were not good.
