I've had good experiences with this urgent care. They tend to have long wait times as most urgent cares do. The one thing I really don't like about this place is the scary religious decor they have in every. single. patient. room. It is truly creepy to sit in a doctors' office and see those weird fire and brimstone sayings on the wall. I feel that it would make the place seem more friendly (not everyone is christian ya know) if they didn't have those...

Very positive experience. They were very busy with so many people waiting but it was Friday after Christmas with lots of other medical care closed. Still the staff was very patient, professional, kind and helpful. Thankful for our dedicated health care workers.

Went there as a walk in because iu2019ve been having covid symptoms and didnu2019t know where else to go and i was in the lobby for well over 2 hours just to be told they donu2019t do covid tests anymore and that i tested negative for flu, The doctor talked with me for less than 5 minutes and asked if he should give me some random antibiotics. Like youu2019re the doctor so i dont knowu2026 3 hours later still no results and donu2019t know if i have covid or a respiratory infection.

I had such a pleasant experience. Katie, the Nurse Practitioner on staff, was not only extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable but her kindness and caring warm presence is something you rarely receive in medical care. So thankful for our Nurse Practitioners in AL and hope to see them more! All the staff did a great job, from the front counter to receiving my steroid shot from personnel on staff. The wait time was so short! I will be back in the future and thankful there are people out here who truly take pride in their work, and to care and heal others.

Just left the East location...they are the best!nWalked in as a new patient, in and out in aboutn1 & 1/2 hours. Treated kindly and respectfully.nDiagnosed and treated. Will definitely be back when necessary.
