Service has gone way down. Elmhurst hospital Edward clinic used to be the best hospital. Very sad to experience this. Rude impatient people all over need retraining. No bed side manner as if they are bothered having to do their job.nReceived the same low quality service from a couple of different staff members.

Went here to complete a drug test for an underground utility locator job, took the drug test a week ago and the hospital still has still not finished the drug test or given any updates to the company or I, my training was supposed to begin in 3 days but due to this hospital's incompetence I will have to wait an entire month before another training slot opens up again. IF YOU HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND ARE COMING HERE FOR A DRUG TEST FOR A JOB, DO NOT COME. FIND ANOTHER HOSPITAL THAT GETS THE RESULTS TO YOUR EMPLOYER IMMEDIATELY.

Stay clear of this place and go ANYWHERE else! This hospital/clinic uses predatory practices to cover their inept and bumbling customer service. I took two of my children there for a quick clinic visit. The service was fine, though they really didn't offer any medicine or help. Two months later, the company came after me for close to $1,500...for two very brief visits without any positive diagnosis. If this had been the end of it, I would have counted myself lucky, but I have insurance. So I called BCBS, and they agreed they had rejected the claims because BOTH claims had been misfiled. Calling back to Edward-Elmhurst, they said they would work with the insurance to clear it up. Next month, more bills from Edward-Elmhurst and threats to send to collections. In calling them and the insurance back, they agreed they would refile, but then they also sent me to collections. I'll be fighting it, obviously, but please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Since my doctor went from NCH in palatine to Endevor Health in Lombard my experience has been trash. Instead of letting the doctor doing the medical leave forms in the office they have to send it to forms department. So stupid because now you have to walk t weeks to get it signed and sent to your employer. I went to the doctor on December 5 and it is now January 10 and still didnu2019t get my paperwork signed. Thatu2019s very unprofessional and a pain just getting things signed instead of just doing it at the office. Love my doctor but how the office do things is stupid.

Came here on 12/10 for some tests that my PCP requested: Amrit Singh in the radiology department is absolutely wonderful!!! I was pretty nervous, but she was so nice. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything etc. If you happen to go there and get Amrit, just know that you are in good hands :) she deserves a raise and so much more recognition for her sympathetic, caring nature. She is in the right field for sure!
