This is a convient location so you don't have to travel all the way to Muskegon. They have an emergency care center, a lab, physical therapy, pharmacy, doctors offices, and life counseling there. There is a small kids play area.

I had an appointment with Melissa Buit on 9/17 at 8:00 am. When I got there the appointment was cancelled for reasons that are still unknown to me. I have medications that include meds for high blood pressure and others that need to be refilled. There is a total lack of patient care at this facility. The worst experience you can ever hope to have. When it comes to patient care, this facility is bottom of the barrel.

I have been fortunate enough to have Julie Pollock, PTA, as my physical therapist at the Trinity Health facility in Whitehall, Michigan. Julie has helped me a lot with the arthritis problems with my hips & legs. Thanks to her my mobility & ability to do everyday tasks have greatly improved. Julie is professional,, personable & enthusiastic. She helps her patients & inspires them to do their best. My husband & I look forward to my therapy sessions because she actually makes therapy fun & always gives me a good workout. PT Mary Okine has done a fantastic job evaluating & encouraging my progress.nThey are both hard working & dedicated to their patients.nJulie & Mary are a credit to The Trinity Health Network.
