My almost 4 year old has had the same doctor since she was born, Dr Cheryl Rogers, and even if we go a while without seeing her Dr Rogers always remembers the tiniest details about us. She is so compassionate and puts work into taking care of every concern you have.nnThe desk staff are also SO wonderful, I have called them multiple times about issues involving paperwork and they will go out of their way to make sure youu2019re taken care of. I canu2019t speak for any of the other doctors here but Dr Cheryl Rogers as well as Wendy & Elease at the front desk are wonderful.

UF Pediatrics refused to see my son so conveniently right after I made a complaint about Mr. Al being an absolute creep. He will pull your childu2019s pants down without warning at any visit, even if itu2019s an ear infection. I saw him do this a few times with my oldest, so I switched providers for him, but when my youngest had to be with him for a sick appointment, and he did the same thing, I filed a complaint.nI tried to fight it on the hospital level because they are part of Shands, but they said the office manager had the final say and he wonu2019t let me back because of my complaint again Mr. Al. I beg you not to send your child here and to also speak up if Mr. Al does this to your kids. Heu2019s being protected by UF.

Nothing but great experiences with this office , from the front desk staff to our new favorite pediatrician doctor Julian Edelschick.nnBack story , I called this pediatrician with not wanting to bring my child here because of little reviews , but when my child was born prematurely I had no opportunity to do my meet and greets with any doctors . The nicu wasnu2019t going to release him without having a pediatrician on file and appt set up .nnSo with that I called and they immediately made me an appt. with the only doctor with open availability. Events took place that wouldnu2019t give an exact time frame when they would release my child and the front desk responded with grace and ease and accommodated without making it feel like a hassle 3x . When I finally got a release date with 2 days notice and a voicemail left over the weekend they called first thing Monday morning and worked him in where the doctor had a small opening the next day.nnAs for our new favorite doc , doctor E , he has been nothing but a pleasure .Heu2019s new to the practice but not pediatric care with 10 years of hospital base care prior .He answers and acknowledge questions and concerns with professionalism thatu2019s understandable. The first meet he made us feel comfortable and acknowledged concerns about certain medical preferences without judgment and even gave us extra information to help ease concerns for babies next 2month apt . Had great bed side manor with both visits .He has a very unique personality we appreciate, so if you donu2019t like to laugh and have a personable experience donu2019t use him . We will continue to use this practice because of him , and hope to have both children see him till they are grown !

I absolutely love this pediatrician office. Dr. Alia is fantastic and very informative. Im so glad I found this office! I'm switching my two older children over as well!

I use to like the office however one of the doctors referred to my child as a monkey when looking at a issue they thought he had with his feet which is extremely rude being that we are African American. It's hard to find a good doctor in ocala. Go where you are welcomes
