Please give this woman a huge raise because her level of professionalism, empathy and so much more is very rare to find.nnDr. K is an amazing doctor! She has excellent bedside manners and she is very thorough. Thanks to her I am on blood pressure meds that actually work. All Day Medical Care has been a savior! I work for a non-profit that supports adults with disabilities, and we recently lost one of our psychiatric providers who cared for many of them. All Day Medical Care saved the day and made the process of registering and setting up virtual appointments a breeze. Shout out to Camilla at the front desk, who has been amazing. She has done so much to help, is always a treat to speak with, and has the patience of a saint. Thank you ADMC and thank you Camilla!

There's a better behavioral health nurse practitioner out there than this one. Look, these people are nice but niceness doesnu2019t do the job. This nurse practitioner doesnu2019t have a number or email to call when you want to ask a question or get a refill. It always has to be an appointment and even when you leave a message from the front desk so they can get back to you theyu2019ll never return the call. My mother has a mental disorder and I her son handles all her affairs. One of her medicines requires prior authorization and let me tell you the nurse practitioner sucks at doing it or is lazy to do it. First time she forgot to write the code on the paper she had to fax to the medical Medicaid pharmacy and it caused my mother to be late on her injection. And the one to find out why the medicine wasnu2019t filled is me, not her. She doesnu2019t do anything to make sure the patient gets her medicine. I was basically doing all her work for her calling both pharmacy and etc. Like I said before, being nice is great but a person who knows how to do their job is better. Again, for the second time we need prior authorization because of the lowered dose and again she sends the wrong form to them twice! Crazy man and till this day we still donu2019t have the medicine plus she sent the prescription to another pharmacy and did not tell me at all. Look if anyone reads this you can find better itu2019s not worth it the front desk girls are great at their job but the nurse practitioner is not. Plus she always asks me u201cwhen was the day my mother took the shotu201d like you should know and tell me I donu2019t have to remind you itu2019s your patientu2026. She is not great at her job and thatu2019s more important then being nice. She doesnu2019t really knows what to do as well, since we donu2019t have the medicine right now I ask her a question and she doesnu2019t know how to respond. Iu2019ll be taking my mother somewhere else but to whoever reads this donu2019t go here if you do this stuff will happen to you
