Showed up for my yearly exam today after receiving my confirmation email. Get there& thereu2019s no one there but some men painting. They just keep saying u201cthey moveu201d. So I go outside to call & the number has been disconnected. Their fb says permanently closed but google still says open & lists that addressu2026so guess Iu2019m finding a new doctor. Wouldu2019ve been nice to atleast receive an email so I wouldnu2019t have taken a morning off of work for nothing

I canu2019t say this is the most professional. My last visit before recently was NOV 2023 which was wonderful. Recent visits starting April 2024u2026unprofessionalism especially at the front desku2026if you hate your job THEN DONT WORK THERE. My last visit was the most absurd visit I had by far. 8:30 am appointment and was there by 8 am waiting in the parking lot and once theyu2019ve finally opened the door I was the first to walk in 5 mins later an older woman comes in and sheu2019s already in roomu2026meanwhile Iu2019m waiting at least 30 mins before I finally got calledu2026.mind you this appointment is just a pregnancy confirmation appointment meaning urine and blood work after they said there's pregnancy at the prior appointment when my cycle has been at least month late and Iu2019ve been getting nothing but positives at home which I also brought along with me to the appointment. They seen a faint line and couldn't decide whether Iu2019m pregnant or not afterwards Iu2019m put in a room still waiting on the provider and decision whether I need blood work not based on their test. 20 mins lateru2026 u201c were gonna do the blood work just to be sure. Never got to see or speak to the provider. Finally get done and try to schedule a follow up for 2 separate reasonsu2026one being the blood work is 7 days and Iu2019m due for a b12 shot. Lady at the front her attitude wasnu2019t the brightest of the bunch. I didnu2019t want to even schedule I was just going to call back to schedule a follow up. I open my account on their portal and I have a scheduled follow up 2 weeks later at 4:30 am ??!!!! Iu2019m waiting for results to come back and then will definitely be requesting my records and taking my care elsewhere after this.

I checked in 1:30pm and waited to see a doctor in the room. Around 3:10pm, the student doctor showed up and explained the doctor is conducting a procedure with another patient. I don't know why it took more than 1 hour for someone to let me know that doctor will be late.nnLong story short, the student doctor did a papsmear test on me.nnI do not recommend this Obgyn unless you are ok to be stuck in the room for more than 1 hour to see a student doctor.nnAlso, they collected my urine and did not test on it since I don't have any concerns. I don't understand why they collect it. ud83dude44

If you value your health, BEWARE of this facility. They do not keep patientsu2019 records well at all. I have been at this office from 2016-2021. Honestly, I was just too lazy to work to find a new doctor. I definitely should have. A medication I have been prescribed by them since 2016, suddenly they were unable to write a prescription for since it was never updated in my records since 2018. I never received any of my lab results after blood was drawn for years. When asked about my results- u201cIf you donu2019t hear anything from us, you are fineu201d I usually donu2019t leave negative reviews, but I thought this one might actually save a life. Literally.

I went to this clinic several years ago during my pregnancy services were TOP NOTCH. Now Iu2019m expecting again & my time here has been TERRIBLE at the least to say. Iu2019m 2 mos. pregnant still havenu2019t had 1 ultra sound. Iu2019ve had 2 scheduled & each time I took the time off of work for them to call me a 3rd time to RESCHEDULE the morning of ? Not to mention Iu2019m a high risk pregnancy due to my age. DO NOT GO HERE !!!
