I opened a private practice of surgery in Anchorage in 1977 and at that time became a client of the billing service that in the mid 1980s became known as Diversified Health Care Management. For over 30 years Diversified has managed my clinicu2019s billing with expertise and professionalism. I have been on both sides of Diversified Health Care Management and never experienced anything less than excellent customer service. Staff and owners are all courteous and expedient to my calls and assistance requests. I have been involved with medical billing services with DHCM since 1990 and can honestly say I have had nothing but fantastic experiences. Resolution to the few issues ever experienced have always been quick, my messages answered within hours. And as a patient calling on my own bills, always satisfactory.
