Had knee replacement. Very polite staff. Mrs Carol went over and above to make me comfortable and help me at every call. The nurse was prompt and caring. Every time I have came here for tests, x-ray, mri and bloodwork, the staff from start to finish was very nice. Highly recommend this hospital. And it was clean with no unpleasant smells.

Review of Three Rivers Medical Center - Outpatient Counseling for DiabetesnI recently completed the outpatient counseling program for diabetes at Three Rivers Medical Center, and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of care and support I received. The entire experience was top notch, providing me with the knowledge and tools I needed to better manage my condition.nA particular highlight of my experience was working with Andrea Burchett, the dietitian. Andrea was nothing but fantastic. Her expertise and approach were truly exceptional. She took the time to understand my individual needs and lifestyle, and she developed a personalized dietary plan that was both effective and sustainable.nAndrea's guidance went far beyond simply listing foods to avoid. She provided practical advice, delicious and easy-to-follow recipes, and invaluable education on the nutritional aspects of diabetes management. She was incredibly supportive, patient, and always willing to answer my numerous questions with clarity and encouragement. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a significant difference in my journey.nThanks to the comprehensive counseling program and, especially, Andrea Burchett's fantastic dietary guidance, I feel much more confident and empowered in managing my diabetes. I highly recommend Three Rivers Medical Center's outpatient counseling for diabetes to anyone seeking excellent and personalized care. Andrea Burchett is a true asset to their team.

This hospital should be ashamed of their selves. My husband and I took our little girl in to be seen because she had an emergency problem that needed taken care of. The triage people could care less acting like they didnu2019t wanna help us. Then you have the most disrespectful nurses ever come in and hold my child down to take blood and to put an iv in wouldnu2019t comfort her or nothing. Then gets an attitude because they canu2019t get the iv or the blood drawn. Well of course not you got a 1 year old terrified of everything. The second time they come in they try again and fail once again at it. So they proceed to get an attitude and say oh well if it ainu2019t enough o just wonu2019t come in here and do if anymore the doctor can do it. The worst nurse to touch you ever Iu2019ve never had someone so disrespectful in my whole life Iu2019ll never bring my child in to three rivers again. Actually I wouldnu2019t even bring my dieing cat or dog there.

Dr Mullins and team don't care about other patients my Mom almost died the head nurse turned off Mom's oxygen Dr Mullinsnturned away from my request to help my mom until I got a little bit loud and then he decided to come and listen to her heartbeat and decided to asperate her. the head nurse because she had a really bad attitude and didn't care about the paitchents she should not be able to work in that hospital again.nThe Dr seemed very slow and didn'tnn't have any care at allnThey really should tear down the hospital and rebuild it with better updated equipment and Drs as well as better training staff especially in the ERnI will say CJ in ICU was amazing he really showed how much staff should benMaybe they should hire CJ to teach them how to run a hositalnAll you guys do is apologize for lousy service from the Drs and teams.nWhy bother it's the same thing over and over.nHire New staffing with training and Care.
