If I could give the zero stars I would. I was there on 12-11-2024 for a work related injury. They would not see me unless I made an appointment. Even though the lobby was empty. I made the appointment and came back. Well they wanted to see me for a follow up on 12-27-2024. So I made an appointment for 10 am. Went in and there were several people there. Signed in and sat down. They called one person. I assumed I had an appointment and would go ahead of the people there. Especially since I had to make an appointment before. Went up to the window and asked if I had to wait after the rest of the people were seen. I told her I had an appointment. She said it isnu2019t an appointment but a time slot. You still have to wait. It is first come first serve! So what the hell do you have to make an appointment or a u201ctime slot!u201d That was absolutely ridiculous!

I made an appointment for my son to be seen. When I arrived there were several people in the waiting room. I asked if he would be seen over the walk ins and they said no he just gets put on the list. I asked what is the purpose of the appointment if he is not going to be seen at his appointment time. That is why they have appointments and he should be seen over the walk ins. This is extremely frustrating because they already take long to see you.

Walked in at 7 pm and was told I could not be seen because they were not taking any more patients. There was not 1 person in the waiting room and 2 workers were just sitting around. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I was turned away. This is a medical facility that is open until 8. If you are open there is no reason that I should have been turned away. I expressed my concern about what I think is a bite on my thumb and how swollen and red it is as well as very hat to the touch. I am also having trouble bending it and it is throbbing, but I was told come back tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

Drove 2 hours to be told. Appt only. Who the hell makes an appt when you have 48 hours for a drug screening for a new employer. 3 more hours to close and no one inside. I was turned away by 3 flabby armed women due to not having an appt. Winchester. Va location. I was in leg braces and they would not help me. Not to mention i held my urine.

Don't waste your time. The care is sub standard. My wife was diagnosed with Covid. They gave her a script for Paxlovid ($1350) with insurance. For which I bet they get a kickback. I called Aetna and they told me that Lagevrio ($0) and probably NO kickback was covered by the insurance. I called to get them to call in the script for that. I called 4 hours before they closed and was told a Dr would call back. Never got the call, Go figure. Would have been better off going to a Witch Doctor. Everyone at the 3840 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317 location should be FIRED! The sad part is that they were not even busy when we went around 1pm
