Took my daughter to the doctor in the middle of last week due to cold and flu symptoms she was extremely sick and not well her results came back negative so they ran another test and told me they was going to call me about the results and it was fine for my child to go to schoolI never got a call so a paper came in for me to call them on Friday at this point they told be my number on file was disconnected which is bull because iv used the same number for years well my daughter had RSV and the service didnu2019t take it serious nor tried u2026.and went to school around other kids definitely finding another place to treat my kids u2026.

This place is bs. I just found out today I have a bill of $155 from SIX years ago. I have never received a bill in the mail, phone, etc informing me about this bill. I have been to this office MULTIPLE times and have been seen and never once did the lady's at the front desk tell me I had a SIX YEAR OLD balance. I was in there yesterday getting seen for a cold and once again was not informed of this balance until today (the next day) when I received my first text in SIX years telling my I have a balance of $155!!!! I call the billing dept. And of course they can't tell me diddly squat. So now I am waiting for the office manager to call me.....

I tested positive for strep yesterday and was told my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy immediately. It was not. I have called 4 times so far today and keep getting told it is being taken care of but still no medication. You took my copay but you canu2019t do your job and get my medication called in!
