Had an appointment for 8:45 and was out by 9. Quickest visit ever. My NP Karen came in and handled me quickly. Definitely will come back if needed.

Had an appointment for 4:30 for severe vomiting. I got sick in the parking lot as soon as I arrived, I walked in after at 4:34. The lady at the front desk says I'm late and they couldn't see me, I let her know I was on time but got sick and that made me late. She proceeds to call the doctor and asks if she'll see me but didn't let her know why I was late and sent me out the door. Mind you, I'm almost 9 weeks pregnant and I can't keep anything down including water. I've lost almost 10 pounds in a week. This new policy is stupid. The staff isn't very professional at all. Especially since everytime I go there all they do is laugh and giggle and talk about patients not knowing we can hear it all.

I took My child there and nothing could done at the time. They assured me that they would put my child in for a referral at Hoke or Moore County which I appreciated. I called back about to get status check on it and Shonda told me it was put in for Robeson County. I told shonda u201cthe referral was supposed to go to Hoke or Moore Countyu201d. She responded back by saying u201cWell you can call themu201d while talking over me and was also sarcastic by saying u201cI thought I was doing you a favor by letting you knowu201d.Bad business!!!But No Mau2019am your office didnt uphold their word. I do apologize that you got that end of the deal but your office needs to fix the problem since yall created it. Thank you

Quality of care and Professionalism goes straight out the window with this provider. You call and get placed on hold immediately from the receptionist, then when someone comes back to the line you're informed you will be transferred and end up being transferred to Patient Accounts when the matter concerning is not even a billing issue since you've never even been seen there. What is going on? This Urgent Care needs serious investigation with just simply looking at the reviews alone. In addition, to have the automated system tell you that hanging up and re dialing will delay your call is so disheartening and not encouraging to an individual looking to receive care.

Iu2019ve been using this urgent care forever and never had an issue until today. I was in a car accident and wanted to be seen here so I could take their notes to my actual doctor (which that appointment is the 17th). I was told that they didnu2019t bill third party insurance but that have never been an issue before but I understand if itu2019s a new policy now. whatever insurance they did bill I would get a copy and file it on the accident claim so it could be repaid. One of the ladyu2019s there was nice(was so upset I forgot to even ask names but I did thank her) but the other one was rude like she had to pay my bill or was the doctor that had to see me. As long as the clinic gets paid it shouldnu2019t matter where the money is coming from. Also, this urgent care is listed in my VA in network so I was pre approved to go there!
