Never answer the phone. Finally got an appointment and when I showed up I stood at the window for over 5 minutes while the receptionist talked to another worker. Never looked at me or acknowledged I was there till she was done jabbering. Dr. Frakowski was amazing and she left. Loved Ungerer as well, then she left. What is happening??? Time to find somewhere else.

I can't give no stars? I was a patient of Dr Frakowski. When she left I was seeing Jessica Unger. Jessica left for some reason and I am unable to make an appointment or get a refill until they decide if they want to take me on as a patient? I'm on blood thinners for a blood clotting disorder and I'm a diabetic. wow!

Used to see Dr. Frakowski and she provided excellent care. This place has really gone down hill. Can't ever get anyone to answer the dang phone and they are no longer willing to schedule your whole family. So to get my family all up to date with what we need; we have to schedule everyone on different days, which means missing more work for subpar care.

Been a patient with this facility since 2008 and the front desk lady was rude came to have a paper singed for schooling purposes and the front desk lady wasn't professional they said they cannot schedule an appointment with me till 6 months out even though I have been a patient since 2008 ridiculous and a waste of practice do not recommend this care facility
