Very organized system, and very pleasant staff. Kiersten, in particular, was wonderful. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked, but I know it particularly seemed so because I was feeling so sick. My prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy. I would certainly go back if needed.

Going into quick med with the experience that I had to see them for. They accepted me right away. I did not get the girl's name but she had dark hair and wore glasses and took all my information. She was as sweet as could be very attentive and very caring. She took care of all the necessary needs that I had to have, gave me my shot that I had to have and saw me all the way through to the payment desk. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but if you could find out who she was about, 5'6 she wore her dark hair, pulled back and had glasses and a very sweet smile. I'd appreciate it if she could get the vote for employee of of the month. As usual, I always got excellent care at the facility in Beverly hills and the spotless office is very impressive and makes me feel comfortable going there.

Heather the nurse , took very good care of me. The people that check you in were very patient with me as I signed in on my phone.Pneumonia is the reason for the visit. The office was very clean and everyone was polite . This is the second time I visited and each time I was treated with professionalism . Thank you for all your help and treatment to get well.I would vote for Heather who I seen today and last year. I was glad to see she was still there caring for the people.

I had a great experience at The Quick Care Med in Beverly Hills yesterday. When I went there at 12:30, they were full as an emergency had just come in but Kirsten at the front desk was able to accommodate me with an appointment for 4:00 which worked out great. I saw Heather, the PA and she was wonderful. She took appropriate time with me and made sure I understood about the medication I needed. And I even learned something new! Everyone I met there was very friendly and I left there feeling relieved and satisfied. The entire visit took only 45 minutes. Will definitely go back again if needed. The ladies at the Beverly Hills location were amazing! Best experience at a quick care. Not only were they polite the nurse practitioner Mary was super sweet. My daughter needed stitches and she talked her through the whole process to make sure she was comfortable.
