Hadnu2019t been feeling well for a few days, decided to go to urgent care. I was the first one there with really no wait time. Took my vitals and met with the doctor and he prescribed some medication. Walked out in about 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and the facility was clean and accommodating. Will definitely go back to this location again if needed.

I set up a time that was convenient for me to hold my spot in line, which there was minimal! Check in was a breeze since I had been there before. After vitals were taken, I waited only a bit in exam room. The staff were personable and took their time with me! In and out in a half hour.

Being a walk-in clinic, of course the first half hour at least is paperwork. But I did see a triage at intake within 20 minutes of finishing paperwork. From there he showed me to a room and finished my triage there and notified the CRN I was ready. She came in with in 15 minutes. Discussed me sx, my wheezes and ordered Chest X-ray. Once done she told me I had no pneumonia but lots of trouble moving air. I had a 5 minute albuteral respiratory tx which really helped. I had to wait a little while, maybe fifteen or twenty minutes before she got back to me. I could hear her speaking with other clients and it seemed she was the only CRNT there. We discussed my improvement and she suggested two more Respiratory tx, but I said just one more or I would be too jittery to drive home. I had my second respiratory tx, she listened to my lung and said I was good to go. She called in some prednisone to my pharmacist and I left. Ms Wiley was professional, supportive and genial and helped me give the heave-ho to my bronchial congestion. The prednisone will finish the job! Greatest help! ud83dudc96

When Iu2019m in need of Urgent Care again, I will be back. The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was super clean which was very impressive. Finally, the PA listened and gave me the treatment I needed! This place is worth the trip!

I was a walk in patient with an ear infection. We had my toddler and newborn with us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, communicated clearly, took time for questions, and were mindful of our time. Great experience overall.
