This place is the worse first our Dr. stop seeing patients because of job change, so we get a new Dr. Which was a good first meet then to do a follow up 3monts we get a call telling us that she has tooken a long leave of absence, so they set up our appointment with our old Dr. Then we get a call saying that this Dr. is sending all the appointment to express care. We'll we drive a hour plus to see the Dr. so I will not be sitting in the express care... plus all of the Dr. Offices are coding our bills wrong and we are being charged for stuff that is suppose to be preventive care, and when you call them and tell them it's coded wrong because that's what our insurance company said it was coded that way so they bill it that way, when you call and try to get them to fix it they refuse to fix it right... I will be contacting our insurance company to see what can be done and possibly change Dr.

Worst place to be seen.Scheduled an appt this am for today @ 4p to see a Kellen Na. I called their phone number but never am able to speak to anyone at the office so I spoke to their call center and explained I was running late do to traffic and would be 10 to 15 min late and if they would see me. The call center supposedly contacted them & would be seen.I check in @ 415p. The unfriendly person took my copay and told me to have a seat. 5 min later she called me up & told me that I won't be seen b/c of a late policy & to reschedule. I was denied health care basically! Iam sure if I was an illegal I would have been seen immediately! You disgust me. I will take my business somewhere else & will report your inappropriate health care ethics. Shame on you. No conscience. Lousy medical facility with no morals & false advertising with your lies & acting as if you cared. Your hello human kindness motto you can throw in the garbage.

If there is a zero or negative, I would rate Dignity Health as such. Especially the Big Horn location. There customer service is worse than a fast food restaurant. The front desk was very unhelpful. They canceled my appointment the day before. When I ask for a different specialist to reschedule my appointment with their response was there is no other doctor, that they only have one specialist for the whole Mercy Medical Group. Which I know was a lie. When I walked into the front to check in, they were just talking about personal stuff. It was already hard for me to get my appointment and for them to canceled it the night before was very unprofessional. The front desk have the nerve to mention I should have checked my phone. Who the hack check there phone at almost 8pm from a number they don't recognize and what medical clinic open that late? There is no accountability. I would never recommend this location to any else. I have to change my medical and take my business elsewhere. First impression is everything and this place show they are not worthy of everyone paying for their benefits.

The office staff here is absolutely terrible! There have been several times I have called and left messages that have been marked as u201curgentu201d and I wonu2019t here back from anyone for days. If you have a problem with a medication refill, you have to be the detective to figure out what needs to be done to solve the problem and it will likely take days if not weeks to resolve after several follow up phone calls. I love my doctor and the PA I see here, but wish the follow through and knowledge of the staff was better. Itu2019s really bad!

This place has been horrible! I go by my nick name and no one really calls me by my real name. I put in a request to have my name shown as my nick name. Everywhere else has been able to accommodate this request: my dentist, my previous healthcare provider, etc.. However Western Health Advantage can't accommodate me with this. My Family Medicine doctor said that she changed my name and put in a note. I guess no one reads the notes? Even when I tell say my name, some people don't see that is added on to my middle name and correct me. I also have a weird voice mail on my cell phone. So, I told the receptionist because people think that my # is disconnected. So, I talked to the receptionist that the # is a working # and if the callers waited until the end of the message, they can leave a voice mail. She put in some notes and read it out loud to me. However, I still get letters from Western Health Advantage saying that my # is disconnected and that they can't get a hold of me. No one reads the notes! Whenever, I visit the office at any location, I never feel welcomed. No one smiles, no one seems to be in a good spirit. I can't wait till open enrollment to sign up for a different provider.
