Walked in and no one was at the front desk, there was a sign that said if no one was at the front to have a seat. I sat and waited for about 20mins. More people walked in after me as well and took a seat also. When the girl finally came up front, she never looked up and greeted anyone. Never said she would be right with us. Never asked why we were there. She proceeded to stand there in front of the computer and text on her cell phone. I finally had to walk up there to ask her if I needed to check in and I was told there was a 2 hour wait. Maybe if she was moving a little faster and worried about the patients instead of texting on her cell phone there wouldnu2019t be such an unreasonable wait. Very unprofessional. And patients should be greeted with saying u201cIu2019ll be right with youu201d, or u201cwho was here first?u201d And initiate the check in process. Will not be back to this location.

I called and made an appointment @ the Perimeter CareSpot location. The staff was polite and very professional. The doctor on staff greeted me with a smile, asked the reason for my visit, was very understanding and also very professional. We discussed my treatment plan and I was satisfied. I only had to wait 10 minutes before being called back to be seen.

Audrey (the person at the front desk) didn't come to the front to service the people that had been standing in line for 15 minutes to check in. I had to CALL the urgent care that I was literally standing in to get service. She answered the phone in the back where she had been gossiping with her friend/coworker. She took my ID and did not give me any paperwork to sign until 40 minutes later. I didnu2019t get called until an hour after i had been sitting there and she didnu2019t even let the staff know i was in the waiting area. HORRIBLE SERVICE by Audrey and I will be calling corporate.
