I went in 3/24 and I just got a bill for it. Not one paper bill sent saying that my tricare would not cover it and they just wait to sent it via text. I will never go there again. $430 and the issue wasn't even helped just referred out to another dr who I had to pay cash for and wouldn't help with billing insurance.

Never have a went to the doctor office and got mishandled by the doctor so awful. Then on top of not helping at all to grill me about a medication Iu2019ve been on for over 3 years is beyond negligence honestly. I thank god I did go to the er and get actual care.

I wish I can rate them in negative. I went there 3 times in 20 days for cough and soar throat. First all 3 times almost an hour waiting yet I had appointment. After went in side for treatment another more than an hour since no patients were there. After waiting half an hour, when I went outside and ask nurse can I go now she laughed and said yes she forgot to tell me to go.nOkay about treatment. They did my blood work for cough and soar throat, I waited for my results 4 to 5 days when I called to see what's my result, she said they forgot to call me about report result.nIn my report she said I have very very low platelet count which was in the report, she told me to visit asap my primary care for further treatment. I went to Sovah internal medicine for advise and treatment immediately. They did my blood work again and I couldn't believe my platelet count was completely normal. They redid it since it was huge difference between two different reports. And counts were actually normal like in range.nReport from Dr Jon's had error, their report was showing counts 25 only when normal range should be 100-125. I couldn't believe they can do such big mistakes. I would not going back ever never again there.

I was told several times that I should have gone to dr john .I waited till just the other OWday on 1-3 .I really like this place,donu2019t be like me ,go see them.nicest people i ever met in an urgent care.i will recommend them to everybody that i can 100!.they derisive the people.thanks for everything.NOW I have discovered that when they ask you if you want to be tested for Covid ,they donu2019t tell you that you will receive an extra bill for those .now for two visits I owe them 100 dollars.I take back all my stars and I will not be back.

Good morning I just wanted to take a minute to say how much I appreciate all the staff at dr Jonu2019s you wonu2019t find more compassionate caring wonderful people. I was there taking care of my elderly aunt and had a health issue and came to see you folks , live 5 hours away ,and the love and support you gave me was a cut above the rest . Donu2019t think for a moment that I didnu2019t take notice of the care and kind words that being said the prayers everyone heaped upon me made me feel so loved and cared for as well I knew I was where I needed to be I almost want to take the trip back to have my care continued but unfortunately unable to come at this time in this time of negative things in the world today Iu2019m blessed to say thank you to all the staff doctors etc for the care given to me mentally physically and spiritually meeting you folks has enriched my life and for that Iu2019m eternally grateful and words wonu2019t reflect my gratitude you folks have made me a better person may the good lord bless and keep each and everyone of you sincerely Keith Rogers
