Our Doctor of 9 years retired. Searched all Doctors in the area for 1 that was qualified for our needs. A Personal Friend's success with Dr. Cesar steered us to him.nFirst visit was very Professional. Rhonda at the Front Desk was very patient and friendly.nNurse Teri was also great.nDr. Cesar checked me out, reviewed Medical History, and came up with Lab Tests, and a future appointment to review the Labs.nnVery happy with our NEW Doctor...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place does not care for their patient's health. I spoke to Joy who said it's all the Doctor's doing. So I recommend this company find a new doctor who cares about his patients and a new third party scheduling company.

Dr Friedman seems to know his stuff and probably one of the better doctors I've seen since I've been in Arizona as I have experienced what seems like third world medical Care. However, I've been having an issue with my neck, like a pinched nerve and mentioned it to him and all he could recommend was ibuprofen of which I have already been taking probably more than I should. I know it's all about the opiate epidemic and all but what about the patients that really need help. And now at this point I can hardly move my head and lucky to get two to three hours of sleep at night and still have to go to work daily. I know it's not his area of expertise but he really didn't seem to be that concerned and I suppose it was mostly maybe because it wasn't the reason I was there to see him. I was hoping at least for a referral to someone that could help me. Although he is a very personable person to doctor and comical to chat with. When you're in pain there is really not much to chuckle about.

Dr. Friedman is my best daily care physician. He has always been direct and accurate with all my healthcare program. As far as Valley View hospital, they saved my life after a full catdiac arrest. The E. R. Brought me back to life with 2 stents to restore blood flow to my heart. I owe them my life. Dr. Ahmed performed flawless surgery. As I said, my life is beautiful and active thanks to Valley View hospital.
