Iu2019m writing this review with deep anger and heartbreak. Pedi Q Urgent Care turned away my 4-year-old niece u2014 a child in need of medical attention u2014 simply because her mother doesnu2019t speak English. Let that sink in: a little girl was denied care at an urgent care facility because of a language barrier.nnThis wasnu2019t just a misunderstanding. The front desk staff made no attempt to help, no effort to understand, no compassion whatsoever. Instead, they dismissed a scared mother and her sick child as if they didnu2019t matter u2014 as if they werenu2019t worthy of help. It was cold, cruel, and completely inexcusable.nnIn a country built on diversity, in a profession dedicated to healing, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Medical professionals are supposed to care for everyone, regardless of the language they speak. The fact that a childu2019s wellbeing was disregarded because her mother doesnu2019t speak English is not only discriminatory u2014 itu2019s dangerous.nnShame on this clinic for failing a child in need. I hope no other family has to experience this kind of humiliation and helplessness at the hands of people who are supposed to help.

Absolutely disgusting experience. A family member brought in her 5-year-old daughteru2014who had been very sick for several daysu2014and they were flat-out refused service because the mother doesnu2019t speak English.nnThe woman at the front desk was completely heartless. No translator. No effort. No compassion. She looked at the mother like she was beneath her and sent them away without even a second thought.nnThis was not just rudeu2014it was extremely scary and deeply disrespectful, especially given the current political climate where so many families already feel unsafe and unwelcome. To treat people like this in a healthcare setting is unacceptable and dangerous. That child deserved care. That mother deserved dignity.nnSHAME on this clinic. I hope they reflect on their actions and learn how to treat human beings with decency and respectu2014because this was disgraceful.

Every visit to this facility has been seamless and incredibly helpful. Having an urgent care specifically designed for children is such a relief, as it makes addressing health concerns so much easier. The environment is thoughtfully created to ensure children feel comfortable, with a waiting area filled with engaging toys for various age groups, some books, a little playhouse, and Disney movies to keep them entertained. The convenience of nearby restrooms and water access adds to the thoughtful design.nnThe staff consistently demonstrate exceptional care and professionalism, going above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. While no one enjoys taking their child to urgent care, this facility makes the experience far less stressful for both parents and children. The calm and supportive environment is one of the many reasons I confidently recommend this urgent care to others. It has become my go-to choice for my daughteru2019s care, and I wouldnu2019t consider going anywhere else.nnMy daughter is just always comfortable every time we have been there (she gets sick frequently) and this place just makes a trip to the doctor a little better.

I had the best experience here with my 2 year old daughter. We showed up 30 minutes before they closed after being turned away by a reliant urgent care. They got us in quickly and fixed the issue. Everyone was so sweet! The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr and nurse were amazing. Highly recommend.

I tried to have my grandson seen for a strep test but they wouldnu2019t take him without a signed parental form. My daughter is a teacher and doesnu2019t usually have time to download a form and fill it out during the day. She did find a consent form on line and texted it to me which I showed to the font desk but they wouldnu2019t accept it because it wasnu2019t their specific form. There were no patients waiting either time I was there. I went to another Urgent Care that just required a verbal ok from my daughter. I will never attempt to go back there again.
