Positive experience.nWould recommend.nFirst day a little rough in PT until I got used to it and experienced more strength and less pain. Very good equipment. Even a practice staircase, which was great for me because I had not been able to tackle stairs for months. THEY DO NEED TO REPLACE THEIR BANDS.nTHEY ARE THIN AND ROLL UP AND DIG INTO YOUR LEGS. I've done bandercise, so I am familiar. One woman unwound them when I mentioned it. But one man was oblivious.nOT was also impressive.nAgain, only rough on the first day when it was all strange. The staff gossiped about their hair that day, so I thought they would not focus on the patients, but during the week, it was amazing how observant and caring they became once they knew you.nThe staff celebrates your progress. Very kind. They even asked me to come back just to visit. I hope I can thank them again.nOne less star was because I had to wait 24 hours for pain meds that I had been taking on demand at McKinney Medical Center.nI spent a night in pain because of a slow response . Also had one uncomfortable experience with an overzealous aide in training in the bathroom. She was like a robot, and would not listen to me. When I spoke up, I did not see her again. Means Carrus senior staff are experienced problem solvers. One young lady who helped me shower and wash my hair was an angel.nShe sweetly said,'Turn, and I'll wash your back.' She also knelt on the wet floor to wash my feet.

I stayed here with my mother-in-law, we had a great experience until the night of the 26th. The staff was so loud it kept waking us up with their laughter and constant chatter about everything you can think of, BESIDES NURSING, its now 12 am. Patients need to rest

Due to their neglect, and letting my grandmother lay in her own feces for so long, she now has a flesh eating disease which has made it to her spine. How do I know this? We had her rushed to the ER at a regular hospital. Don't send your loved ones here if you want them to live. These nurses care more about their social media updates than they do about tending to their patients.

I'm currently a patient here and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'm supposed to have wound care done daily .... I'm lucky if it's done every 3 days. Some of the nurses think they are God's gift to nursing and treat their patients as such. Some of the techs are rude as hell and are definitely just here for the paycheck. My bedside commode can go all day without being emptied. There are many other things that I could share, but I don't want to get into specifics so that I can be identified. Just know that if you have a loved one here, they aren't being taken care of properly.

I attend the new outpatient rehab facility at Carrus Hospital, two days a week.nI see Matt, he listens, motivates and challenges me to improve my strength, gait and stamina. He keeps incorporating new activities to strengthen my abilities and reduce my disabilities.nMy neurologist and I are very happy with the results andnlook forward to the next six weeks.nThe location is convenient, the appointment setting was seamless, the facility is clean, the staff is encouraging and friendly.nThis is the place to be.nChoosing Carrus is the best thing I could have done for myself.nI am recommending Carrus to all my friends and family and everyone that is looking for a great PT gym.
