I do not recommend Dr. Brooks or this facility. I had an appointment scheduled for last week, but when I arrived, they told me they had emailed to reschedule. They sent the email while I was already on my way. I figured it was no big deal and rescheduled. Today, I had an appointment for 9:30 AM, but when I arrived, they told me my appointment was rescheduled again. I asked when it was and they said they called me. I checked my call log and saw that they called at 9:27 AM from an Ohio number, just three minutes before my appointment. I asked why they would call me so close to the appointment time to reschedule, but all they offered were apologies. They explained that the doctor was sick, but that was the same excuse they gave the last time I drove there for an appointment. Afterward, a staff member came to my car to apologize again and said not to take it personally, offering me the chance to reschedule. This is a business, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid booking with them.

These people are extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. My wife showed up for her appt and they said they rescheduled her appt via email, as if anyone checks their email. Why not pick up the phone and call? So when my wife shows up the second time on the day they rescheduled her, they call THREE MINUTES PRIOR to her appt, from an out of state phone number, and they donu2019t even need a voicemail. Then they were rude when she was clearly upset they had her come out a second time for no reason. They snobbishly said u201cwell we tried to call you.u201d If that was a customer you would have charged her for not canceling/rescheduling ahead of time.nnThese people are a joke and donu2019t care about the inconvenience they cause their customers.

The place system management is a mess. The pharmacy is always closed and there is nobody to fill prescriptions. The reception is always missing information and confused and you can start a treatment but there is nobody prescription refills. Doesnu2019t seem like a reliable place for any treatment
