I recently got seen here. They mixed up my test results. They told me my strep was positive while my COVID and FLU were negative. The doctor told me I could go back to work the next day because I would have 2 doses of antibiotics in me, which makes strep not contagious anymore. The next day, I work in a lab and was feeling progressively worse. I was tested at work for strep and that came back negative but my COVID test came back positive. So I was put on antibiotics for no reason, and exposed my coworkers to COVID. When I called to tell them that they mustve mixed it up, they didn't seem apologetic and told me to keep taking the antibiotics even tho I didn't have strep.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at ANY doctor. Dr. Sidney Amant is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. Simply trying to push you through/yell at you so they can get their check. I tried to be patient and understanding because itu2019s Christmas, but the fact that my spouse felt uncomfortable being spoken to as well means something needs to be said. If there is something seriously wrong with you and you are expecting doctors to listen and not cut you off while trying to explain your pain, I would not recommend this place. I hope you guys learn some professionalism and compassion.nnUPDATE:I was given 0 referral papers even though I was told to go somewhere else.

Not your typical walk in clinic. They provide great information about whatu2019s actually going on and steps to prevent it in future. Not just u201chere take thisu201d kind of treatment but genuine u201cwe care about your actual healthu201d kind of vibes

The worst experience Iu2019ve ever had. From the young girls working the front desk to the doctor. Every single person was rude and dismissive. I donu2019t understand why medical professionals work in healthcare if they hate interacting with humans.

I'm not sure how this corporation is connected to the Emergency Care in Scott, LA, but since I received a bill with your name on it, I'd like to ask how getting a small abscess drained costs over $1,000? (i.e., for a disposable scalpel, some gauze, and some light anesthesia that I did not ask for). I paid over $300 at the office, over $400 for some other bill, my insurance paid a couple hundred, and I still got a bill from you for $527?! Sounds like a scam to me. You are what's wrong with the national healthcare system.
