Had a sprain while visiting for the weekend from out of state. Made an appt online and never waited past my time slot. The check in staff where very friendly and caring. The nurse and N.P also super awesome. Where i live customer service can be hit or miss with general attitude. However the staff here were seriously super cool.

What a wonderful experience! Clean, bright and best yet, it efficient and friendly. I was greeted on arrival by two lovely receptionists, one was bopping a little to some quiet music (it felt human). After my info was taken I waited only about 8 minutes and brought to the exam room. The medical professional arrived soon after and my issue was resolved with care and knowledge. I highly recommend O'Connor.

I walked into the Urgent Care without an appointment and was seen and taking care of promptly. The receptionist at the front desk was polite and courteous and very helpful. Dr O'Connor was very nice and polite and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my treatment. Would definitely recommend.

A pleasant surprise-comfortable waiting area, was taken care of very promptly. Receptionist was courteous, professional. Medical professional care was also prompt, very helpful and kind. Dr. O'Connor put me at ease, I felt very comfortable asking questions. I would not hesitate to go back here for medical care. Thank you!
