I had been seeing Dr. Hermann for a while. I kept complaining about pain in my breast. He would do a self exam and say no need for a referral. I got tired of being in pain so I switch doctors. The new doctor scheduled me for an ultrasound and mammogram. He said just because I dont feel it doesn't mean something isn't wrong. I have a biopsy today! I liked this office but when I really had an issue, I was unheard. I'm praying I'm cancer free!

Before I found a new doctor I was going to dr Hermanu2019s office since I was about 14 (so almost 5 years) and everything was fine when Courtney was there but since she has left itu2019s been downhill. The ladies at the front are super sweet but as far as the new nurse practitioner and dr hermann, I would NOT go here. Especially as a young black girl. They donu2019t care about your concerns. They will continuously pressure you about getting on birth control and they will shame you if you donu2019t want to. They are super rough and just overall not good care physicians. Itu2019s already hard enough to try and go to a male gyno because men donu2019t know what we go through as women regardless of how much school you attend, but regardless I still gave dr Hermann a chance and he & his nurse practitioner was super rude. Do NOT take your teens here.

Dr Hermann was my OB and delivered my daughter 9/11 at 1:19!! He is an amazing Dr along with his wonderful wife Linda! I called today to try to get my daughter into him and was very sad to find out they wouldnu2019t take her as he doesnu2019t deliver anymore (the current dr she has doesnu2019t deliver either so that wasnu2019t really a problem with us) She needs a dr who cares and will explain things well and I immediately said Dr Hermann! I will never forget the wonderful experience I had with the entire staff there!!!

I absolutely adore Cortney Patrick and Dr. Herrmann. They are both understanding, timely, and [thankfully] extremely down to Earth. I was weirdly concerned when I first visited last year as they were SO thorough and I had not experienced such u2018attentionu2019 before. Reflecting, I am disappointed in my prior physicians because I did not receive adequate care. I never have to worry about that with Cortney or Dr. Herrmann. Cortney and Dr. Herrmann (and their staff) are reflective and cognizant of my health history, treatment plans, emergencies, etc.nI know that they possess the highest standards of care and truly do care about their patients.nBoth practitioners are diligent and courteous, they are mindful of your privacy and answer any and all questions thoroughly. Do not hesitate to schedule with them. You will not regret it!

Very friendly staff and love the location. Would recommend. Been coming here for about 10 years now. I don't feel rushed, feel like I have time to ask questions if i need to. Can usually get in and out in less than an hour, last time I got in and out in less than 30 minutes.
