Wait and check in time was very reasonable. The Doctor was very kind and efficient. There are just no words for how great the nurse and front staff were. Beyond exceeded their responsibilities to make sure we were taken care of and delightful conversation while checking us in and out. Definitely hope I donu2019t have to take a sick kid back to urgent care but if I do, this will be my absolute top choice.

Making an appointment online was quick and easy.The office is new and clean. The patient rooms look very clean as well.All of the staff that we encountered were helpful, patient and friendly. The NP,Nichola that treated us was empathetic and knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend this office and use them for my next urgent care need.

Nicola was very thorough and very detailed. She didnu2019t rush, kind, and very motherly like. she was the absolute best! I wish she could be a pediatric Dr so we can see her all the time. Take all of my money because sheu2019s worth it!

My 4 kids went for illnesses on Jan 6. We were forced him to pay full price of $250 per child. Even though we had insurance cards and one child is on medicaid... which should be $0 copay and $50 for the other 3. Then they billed our insurance company and mediciad and it has taken me months to get a refund for the $850 that we overpaid. Update: its nearly 4 months later and dozens of calls to their billing person has told repeatedly that we are getting a refund.. said to go pick up from the clinic, when I called the clinic they said the checks come from Atlanta and it should be mailed to us in a few days.... this was weeks ago. Called at least 10 times and I get the runaround every time... this morning I called yet again and the manager would be in at 2pm and would call me...However at this point I'll be contacting my insurance and mediciad for fraud. Itu2019s illegal to charge more than the copayment and also be paid double and not refund.
