Terrible experience from start to finish. I went to this clinic after falling down the stairs and injuring my knee. The provider was dismissive and unkindu2014she even mocked me for waiting a week to come in for an x-ray. She had me walk across the room and casually declared I was u201cprobably fine,u201d completely disregarding the pain I was in. She said the x-ray machine was down and told me to drive to Murphy. Then a nurse came in with a brace and informed me Murphy was down too.I asked the provider what I should do to rest or when I could resume working out. Her response? u201cI donu2019t know, Iu2019m not a trainer,u201d and then she walked out of the room. No prescriptions, no follow-up, no clear guidance. That night, I got a notification from my pharmacy that multiple prescriptions had been called inu2014including eyedrops, which made no sense. The clinic was closed, so I called the next morning. I was told they had fired the provider and that I should come back in. The new provider was kind and actually ordered the x-ray, which thankfully came back fine. However, during this second visit, the door to my exam room was left open (by staff, not me), and a nurse abruptly came by and scolded me, saying u201cWe have to close this for HIPAA,u201d as if it were my fault.I was also told my chart from the first visit would be flagged so insurance wouldnu2019t be billed. Yet here I am, four months later, with a bill for a co-pay. When I called, I got bounced around between billing and the clinic, and no one could explain what I was being charged for. One person even hung up on me. Eventually, billing claimed I had a strep and eye testu2014neither of which happened. When I disputed this, they argued with me instead of investigating further. The clinic has yet to follow up, the manager hasnu2019t returned my call, and the incorrect charges remain. Iu2019ve reported this to my insurance because it feels like theyu2019re not operating ethically. I will not return and would strongly discourage anyone else from going.

In sum, amazing people from front staff to NP and nurses! I called for my daughter 25min before they closed and I arrived 15min before they closed (not ideal after long day they had). They were so kind and nice (world needs more of this). They did not give me hard time since we did not have all the paperwork ready.Check in was fast, easy, front stuff was kind and supportive. As a parent, my daughter telling me she is sick, naturally made me worried!Nurse was amazing, she was so kind and professional with swabs, I mean, like 10/10.NP was amazing, kind quick, and very thoughtful!Big thank you!

Went in at 3:15 pm on Saturday, was diagnosed with a Staph infection. Needed an antibiotic cream. My pharmacy closed at 6:00 and it was not called in before then, despite me spending an hour at the pharmacy and calling Citra 3-4 times, begging them to call the script it. Went to Citra as they were closing, and caught a receptionist and explained the situation to her. She said she would call the provider and ask her to call it in. That didn't happen. The next day, we started calling Citra, both this location and the corporate customer service, asking them again and again to call the script in. They swore they were calling it in. It was never called in. We were finally able to speak with another provider at Citra who was very helpful and within 2 minutes called in the script for the antibiotic cream. Suffice to say that we will never ever ever go back. If your employee determines that a prescription is medically necessary but refuses to do anything to have the prescription filled by the pharmacy, that is by definition medical negligence (and yes, I am an attorney).

Wouldn't recommend this place. They got me and out, saying that they are already closing. Did did swab me and diagnosed me correctly, but didn't really offer much help. My friend who took me there is a nurse practitioner, she drove me to her office and gave some vitamin shots and an IV, because I was severely dehydrated. And the doctor at this emergency room told me you can't drink, because you are nauseas, but you are dehydrated! You will end up at the hospital. Isn't emergency room supposed to help me? Anyways, they did diagnose me well, but didn't really give me immediate help.
