I cannot recommend them enough; I had a great first experience! I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and everyone that I encountered was extremely courteous! I was treated by Caleb who was very knowledgeable and compassionate. The following day I brought my kids in and we met Dr. Warren. He was also very knowledgeable, helpful and kid friendly! Magnolia Urgent Care genuinely cares about their patients and took great care of us!

This urgent care sucked so bad, Iu2019ve had a viral virus and went to them for a prescription at 6:00pm. I got the prescription at 6:15, from there I went to the Walgreens pharmacy to pick it up but it turns the female doctor with glasses didnu2019t give any of the needed specifications to receive the prescription, I then returned to the urgent care because the hours said they close at 7:00 pm. When I got there it was 6:30 and all of the cars were gone the lights were off, and there was no one to be found. I ended up having to go home and force myself to sleep through very very painful feelings. The people at this urgent care do NOT care if you are sick and in pain as long as they get you in and out so they can go home.

Dr Warren is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He went above & beyond, although it was nearly closing time he didn't rush me whatsoever and was not only professional but very friendly and easy to talk to! His staff was equally wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everyone that works there is very friendly and kind. Dr. Warren is extremely knowledgeable, humble, and genuinely cares about his patients. Caleb is also very knowledgeable, and is always sincere and helpful. I am very thankful for them, and recommend this place to anyone looking for someone that will actually listen to them and give judgement free care.
