I had an amazing experience with Dr. Taylor and her staff!!nI came in with over filled and not symmetrical lips and wanted to get them dissolved. When I got there, my lips were very hard to dissolve so Dr. Taylor was very patient and thorough when it came to dissolving them and is such a perfectionist that she took extra time to make sure they were dissolved correctly and that I still had good lips afterwards!nShe was very gentle and explained to every step!nMy before and after is crazy!!

A Mixed Experience at Lavish Wellness & AestheticsnnLavish Wellness & Aesthetics offers a beautifully curated environment with a welcoming and friendly staff, which initially set a promising tone for my visit. However, despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for an hour before being seenu2014a significant inconvenience that detracted from the overall experience.nnWhile I understand that occasional delays happen in any service-based industry, such an extended wait time with an appointment raises concerns about efficiency and time management. A more structured scheduling system or improved communication regarding wait times would greatly enhance the client experience.nnIf prompt service becomes a priority, Lavish Wellness has the potential to be a top-tier destination. Until then, Iu2019d advise future clients to prepare for possible delays, even with a confirmed appointment.nnI wanted to wait until after a few appointments before leaving a review because I understand that things happen and establishments get busy, but this has been my experience not once, but twice. Consistency in service is key, and unfortunately, the long wait times have made it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise great atmosphere and staff. I hope to see improvements in the future.nnItu2019s 10:22am an hour and 7 minutes after my appointment time btw.

I went in for a minor issue that turned into several major issues and the whole staff was wonderful. Cassandra is very thorough and ontop of her game. She recommended several specialists and is making sure I receive the best care possible. Danielle was wonderful going through my history and getting my vitals. She has excellent bedside manner and is extremely personable. The whole visit was much longer than I intended which ended up including bloodwork that was able to be done in the office and was super convenient not to mention, saving me a trip to LabCorp. They really are a wonderful group of nurses, doctors and support staff.

The facility is clean and smells amazing, I called because I was running a few moments late and the receptionist was very polite. When I arrived everyone was very warm and welcoming. Natasha took care of me and preformed my vitals, she was quick and efficient. Ms.Cassandra was my provider for the day, she was excellent! She explained everything to me and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease! I look forward to being a patient at Lavish Wellness and Aesthetics.
