I just received a collection notice from Dept collector for 4,070. I donu2019t recall taking my kids here but even if I did I have good insurance and pay premium extra Gap protection for covering this type of situations. I have never received a bill from them and All of the sudden I got this in my mail today (Collection notice). I have never owned money to anyone. I hope someone from this office would help me fix this. I will complain To BBB and more. To whoever is in charge and help here is my acc#009600108991.

Expect to wait at least 45mins or more on the phone with corporate, patient services or billing. Spoke to several individuals about a claim denied from insurance and no one could give me any details as to why. Billing specialist Dana at maitland concourse can't see anything from insurance and has received nothing from pediatrix medical group and PMG has very limited information for patients. Insurance has reached out to PMG and waiting for PMG to adjust claim.

Same experience as the person 2 months ago. Got a refund check in the mail for overpaying. It not only bounced but my bank charged me $12 for them not having money available to commit to the check. My wife was on the phone for over a hour, routed through 3 different people, and then told she will be called back because they are busy and never was called.Money should be available in the payout account if checks are mailed. This was seen as a blessing to help us cover other birthing expenses and was not only taken but fines charged. Customer service needs some changes and to follow up on their promises as well. Would love to be able to contact someone on this matter that actually cares and I can reasses my review.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but I feel as though this is necessary. First, my son was born last year with a heart condition and I was told to follow up with Dr. Skimming with Pediatrix Medical Group after a month. We got to the office, the Doctor did not request the records from the hospital for my son nor did he remember his case even though he read the EKG and echo. Last week, I received a bill from Pediatrix Medical Group, 10 MONTHS after my son was born which showed they billed the wrong insurance. Mind you, I have been to office twice now in which they billed the correct insurance so why they couldnu2019t check eligibility and other DOS to see what insurance has billed and processed is beyond me. Strike two. Strike three was today when my son had a follow up appointment. I confirmed the appointment via text yesterday and received a thank you for confirming text message back. I got to the office and the door was locked. I called the office where the rep was rude and told me I wasnu2019t where I said I was and the doctor was not in the office this week. No apologies, just that she didnu2019t know what happened. She didnu2019t even ask me if I wanted to reschedule and I had to ask her. This office is not close and I had to take off work so a big inconvenience. I rescheduled the appointment but fully plan on cancelling and finding a new doctor.

They issued me a refund check after my child's visit to one of their facilities in another state. The check bounced and I waited for over two hours on the phone today. No one could give me an answer as to what was going on and when I asked when I could expect a call back, I was told 48 hours. They also claimed that was because they were busy. What kind of company sends bad checks out?
